To achieve that goal, we must consider all sales final, with no refunds or exchanges. Artwork will be provided to customers before the item goes into production. It is the responsibility of the customer to proofread all artwork sent. Once artowrk is confirmed in via email, no changes are authorized.
Exception: If the product you receive is not what you ordered, Customize Pros will offer you a full refund or replace the product, given that the product is returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase.
